Cyril E.B. Hubbard dedicated his life to studying natural history by intent to illustrate every flower that came from the ground.  Born in Birmingham, England.  At the age of 18, Hubbard went to work in the industrial factories, causing him to develop asthma and becoming homebound by his early 30's; where he began his work on thousands of carefully drawn and catalogued studies.  The Hubbard Collection is our largest collection by one single artist - housing over ten thousand of Hubbard's illustrations.
