Assistant Designer Anet is a graphic artist who finds happiness in the little things in life, such as a perfectly brewed cup of tea. She believes that the ocean has magical powers, especially while the sun is setting, and truly believes that music is life.
Our Creative Development Artist was born under the California redwoods, grew up under the New York skyline, and migrated back to the Pacific with a dedication to beauty’s details and Tom Waits’ voice, a portfolio built by Vogue and pure intentions, and a deep current of desire for the natural world. She views NC as a muse and method of art and love.
Bryce the Journeyman- although he wants nothing more than control of the day-to-day, it's the random unknown that has carried the journey on. Today, his biggest quest is for another gentlemen era. Cary Grant where have you gone! His growth and confidence in being a musician, a realist, an Italian American, and a human has him realizing his only enemy is time!
Christopher Wilcox, founder of NC, is passionate about discovery and art. He is a collector, antiquarian, taste-master and business man that believes in a lifestyle that appreciates beauty, history, and education. He hopes to influence the world in a positive direction through art and the love of art.
Hailing from the windy Midwest with degrees in dance and literature, Elana sought California Gold 10 years ago and has made Los Angeles her home ever since. As NC's Director of Operations, she is thrilled to be part of the creative and constantly evolving world of NC.
A self-described "maker of things," Felize is a homegrown California artist and general tinkerer. She brings a background and love of ceramic art and oil painting to the art application division of NC. She loves traversing the Los Angeles landscape in search of adventure and the perfect cheeseburger!
Jeff has recently made the move from London to California to join the NC team. With a B.A. in History of Art and 5 years experience in the industry, Jeff will act as a communicator of NC's wonderful archives. Born in Kenya, raised in Thailand, and schooled in the UK, Jeff has a passion for experiencing different cultures and cannot wait to discover all that California has to offer.
A seeker of new experiences, Jim Wakefield found his way to NC purely by accident. He enjoys acting and plays keyboards for a band called Pan America. He recognizes NC for granting him a better appreciation for art and food.
The NC crew embraces that "not all who wander are lost." This delights Kaitlin who traveled from Pittsburgh, over the mountains of Colorado, and through the redrock desert of southern Utah, collecting a BA in printmaking and years of eco-architecture experience. Happiest when moving—dancing, hiking, yoga or exploring a new place—Kaitlin adores her new spot as the Creative Project Manager at NC.
A lover of the loverly, Head Designer Maurene finds daily inspiration working knee-deep in the many treasures tucked away in the NC offices. With a writing and editing background in book publishing, she also has an unhealthy love for her cat, old books, and ballet slippers.
Michelle is our customer service guru and one of our newest additions to NC. She is a dedicated poker player and has extensive backgrounds in both fashion and film/T.V. post-production. A self-proclaimed "jack of all trades," she enjoys learning new fields and completely absorbing everything they have to offer. You can usually find her behind her computer, eating candy and attending to our clients' needs.
With an MFA in experimental animation at Cal Arts, Chilean print-maker Sebastian is responsible for the hand-printed side of NC as the Print Master and resident silkscreen artist. He prints limited edition artwork, and together with Christopher, develops new projects for the ever-evolving NC.
The architect behind our beautiful website, Shadi is a web/software developer by profession and an engineer of art, music, and ideas by heart. He attempts to sculpt the digital side of NC. If you want to hold his interest, discuss the elegant universe.
