How do I set up a trade account with Natural Curiosities?

To set up a trade account, you must apply online. Please fill out the short form here, and we can have your account approved in 48 hours. If you need assistance please contact us.

How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed on the website. Please contact us if you need help with any custom orders.

What is the minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order.

Can I customize a piece of Art?

Yes! We can customize all collections by size, color, and framing. Please feel free to reach out for customized quotes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Do you keep inventory?

We keep a small selection of pieces in stock. You can find our Ready to Ship section here. All other Art outside of this page will be made to order.

Do you have a catalog?

Our catalog can be viewed online here.

What is the lead time?

Lead time varies based on the collection and is listed on the individual product page. Please note that lead time reflects the labor-intensive nature of our pieces, which are handmade to order. As a general idea, most unframed Art has a lead time of 2-4 weeks, most Art in a wood frame has a lead time of 4-6 weeks, and most Art in the acrylic box is about 8 weeks.

Can I order Natural Curiosities art without frames?

Yes, you can order most of our pieces unframed by selecting the “unframed” option before adding to your cart.

Can I have my order rushed?

Please let us know your needed by date at the time of purchase, and we can try to meet this. However, we cannot guarantee a certain lead time in case we run into any unexpected production delays.

What shipping methods do you offer?
